If a defect is found within one year of initial receipt, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-367-4624 for assistance. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a written Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) from World Imports. It is important that you repackage any return very carefully, in the original packing, if possible. If the return is not due to defects, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All returns must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept returns on customer or modified fixtures.
Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Many of our products are fragile and may sustain damage during shipping even if the carton appears to be in good condition. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify both the carrier and World Imports within 24 hours and retain all packing materials. This will expedite the replacement process. Freight claims must be made within 14 days if item was shipped via common carrier and within 60 days if item was shipped via UPS.
